Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchanged for a different model.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Damaged or defective units must be returned before a replacement will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at agoutdoor3dprints@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Digital downloads and printable files are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
